RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not satisfied with our products, you can return them within 15 days of delivery. You will receive the refund within 7 business days after the return and inspection of the item.
To proceed with the return correctly, please, contact us via email and explain the matters of your situation, we will reply to you with an "RA#" which has to be printed on the outside of box and on any papers you are including zcart/admin(i.e.: Invoice, Packing List)
If you have received a damaged item, we will gladly send you a replacement of the same item. In the event that it is out of stock, you will be given a time frame for the item to be in stock or you can pick out any other item of the same value epix, zenter7.
